How to Order

1 - Enquiry

Please send me an email including all the following required information and I will respond to you as soon as possible.

2 - Payment

Once I have received your confirmation email, I will create an invoice for you and await payment (payment can be made by direct deposit or paypal – which accepts credit card payment)

Receipt of your full payment confirms your booking in my diary and you will be sent my “Final Details” form to complete – all final details must be received at least 8 weeks prior to occasion the date, earlier if possible.

Please note:  If monies are not received within 7 days then I’m afraid your booking cannot be held.

 

3 - Finished Product

As soon as your figurines are finished I will email you a photograph (as I know you will be dying to see them!!)

 

4 - Delivery

Your figurines will be sent by door to door courier service (or postal service in areas my courier will not deliver or overseas) approximately 2 weeks prior to your special day.
